Retired college philosophy professor. Married to Sue Stell (53 years), 3 children (son, 2 daughters, all adults, living in NC), 2 grand daughters. Lives in NC mountains near Blowing Rock, NC. Taught ethics, philosophy of law, medical ethics at Davidson College, Davidson NC) for 38 years. Clinical Professor on the Internal Medicine teaching faculty at Carolinas Medical Center (Charlotte) for 25 years. First woodturning class w/ Dave Barriger @ Campbell School, Fall 2019.
